Quality Guarantee
All designspace products come with a Quality Guarantee. This is your right under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
designspace will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing fault for the duration of the Quality Guarantee period.
Exclusions
The Quality Guarantee does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, loss or deterioration (of the whole of the product or its components);
- Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage of the products or otherwise caused by your acts and/ or omissions;
- Damaged caused through any modifications, alterations, improper assembly, tampering or products used in an abnormal manner and not for the products intended purposes;
- Damage caused by exposing the products to the sun, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals/agents that are known to damage the finish of the product;
