Delivery and pick-up
Once your products have been manufactured, we will contact you to arrange delivery, customer pick up from our Deception Bay Factory in Brisbane is also accepted Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm select the click and collect tab at the checkout.
If delivery cannot be made at the arranged time, additional delivery fees will apply for a second delivery.
We offer delivery Australia wide. Delivery costs are calculated based on weights of the purchased items and your postcode. Our delivery calculator will work out the rates of delivery for you based on each item you order. Delivery will proceed from our Brisbane factory in Deception Bay. All of our shipments are insured. Damage occurring during delivery will be reclaimed by us. All of our furniture items are well packaged. Most of our furniture items are already assembled, but some require minimal assembly, this is noted in the specifications section for each item.
